An initial appointment to establish care or
a one-time consultation for diagnosis, recommendations, or a second opinion.
All services require an initial consultation to initiate treatment.
Appointments are 60-90 minutes.
In Person or Telehealth
Psychiatric medication management and lifestyle psychiatry services.
Clients are seen monthly.
Appointments are 30 minutes.
In Person or Telehealth
may also include medication management, if needed.
Clients are seen weekly or biweekly.
Appointments are 45 minutes.

Dr. Peek is private pay only and is an out-of-network provider for all insurances.
Payment to Dr. Peek is due at the time of service.
Clients will be given a "superbill" invoice for any services provided to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Clients are responsible for understanding their out of network benefits.
